THE HOUSE BIG BANG CHALLENGE IS LIVE!

Friends, readers, participants, lend me your ears. The day you've all been waiting for has arrived.

The House Big Bang Challenge Archive

...is live!

The challenge began in September 2007, with more than sixty authors each vowing to write a minimum 20 000 word novella over the next five months. Over twenty artists signed up to create illustrations, manipulations, drawings, or vids for each story. The novellas in this archive are representative of the variety of ships and genres in the fandom, and range in subject from canon to crossovers to crack. There is certain to be a story for every taste, and we hope that you will reward the hardworking and talented authors and artists with your generous feedback.

A huge thank you to everyone: writers, artists, cheerleaders, betas, participants of all stripes, and of course, to all of you who have waited so patiently for this moment. We couldn't have done it without you.

For your reading and viewing pleasure, I present the thirteen stories and the thirty artworks of the House Big Bang Challenge!

Your mods (exhausted but elated),

Thanks for this; it's totally worth the hit in productivity I'm going to take over the next few days.

One thing I noticed - in part 7 of Namaste's story there's a huge chunk of text where the paragraph formatting didn't work as planned.

I see the same chunk of text issue too. I use Firefox.

(Thanks for all the coding, though. I didn't envy you folks any of the fiddly bits of this work.)

It's eight or nine paragraphs at least, beginning with: "I think Foreman's writing your psych referral" and ending after House's quote that begins: "The guy works construction right? ...He's always sore."
